"Nice applicator, easy to use"
The applicator feels nice in the hand and it’s not messy, which I really like. It did take me a try or two to get used to it, but once I figured it out, it worked well.

"I wanted to like this because..."
I wanted to like this because the color wasn’t bad, but the feel on my lips was just not it. I expected something comfortable and hydrating, but it dried my lips out quickly and I kept wanting to wipe it off. For me, the shade was fine, but the comfort level was a letdown

"Good ingredients and it seems to work for me"
I checked the ingredient list before trying this, and it looks good to me. I’m not an expert or anything, but I do like to know what I’m putting in or on my body, so I spent a little time looking it over. Nothing really jumped out at me in a bad way, and so far it seems to be working well for me. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Pretty easy, even if I’m loyal elsewhere"
I usually stick with my go-to brand, so I felt a little torn trying this site out. But it was simple to use and I found what I needed without much hassle. Checkout did take a bit to load, which was a little annoying, but overall it was a easy experience.

I’m sure I’m not the only customer who’s run into this, but the site was frustrating to use on my phone. It kept lagging, and the checkout process wasn’t very clear, so it took longer than it should have.

I’ve been happy with the quality overall, but every time I check my receipt or the order confirmation email, the prices feel a little higher than they should be. It’s good stuff, just not sure it always feels like a fair deal.

"Color payoff was disappointing"
I really wanted to like this, but the color was barely showing up at all, and I kept layering it over and over thinking it would build into something more noticeable, but even after using way more than I normally would it still looked super faint and kind of washed out.

I really like this scent, it has a clean, fresh smell with just a little sweetness to it. It goes on strong at first, so I only need a small amount, but after it settles it’s really nice. I was impressed that I could still smell it hours later without having to reapply

"Held up well during my workday"
I tried one of the Persona lip colors and wore it through a full work day, it held up better than I thought it would. I had coffee and a quick lunch, and it was still mostly there. It did fade a little in the center, but like, not in that weird patchy way some lip colors do.

The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is because I did still need to touch it up once later in the day. But overall, the wear time was solid, and it felt comfortable too, not super dry or anything...

"Pretty good with creasing, but I’d expect a little more"
I ordered an eyeshadow from personacosmetics.com it held up better than I thought it would. I have oily lids, so creasing is usually a problem for me, and this only started to crease a tiny bit after around 7 hours. It still looked decent by the end of the day, which was nice. That said, I did still need to use a primer, so I’m taking off a star for that. For the price, I kind of expected it to perform a bit better on its own, and I wouldn’t mind if they offered some kind of credit or discount to make up for it.

"I’ve ordered from Persona Cosmetics a few times..."
I’ve ordered from Persona Cosmetics a few times now, and overall I’ve had a good experience. Most of the products and shades I’m looking for are usually in stock, and the website is easy to browse and check. The only downside is that a couple shades I wanted were sold out once, and I do wish they restocked certain items a little faster. That said, they did come back before too long, and I’ve generally been happy with shopping there. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Easy Return and Helpful Support"
I accidentally ordered the wrong shade from personacosmetics.com and needed to send it back. The return process was straightforward, and customer support got back to me the next day, which made me feel like they actually had things under control. The refund did take almost a week after they received the item, so it wasn’t instant, but it did come back to my card without any issues. Overall, not perfect, but I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again.

I really liked the colors and wanted this to work for me, but after using it my skin got a little red and itchy. It might just be that my skin is on the sensitive side, so it could be fine for others.

"Looks nice, but smudges a little on me"
I liked how this looked when I first put it on, especially while I was getting ready in the morning with my coffee half-finished on the bathroom counter. It went on nicely and looked clean at first. But after a few hours, I noticed a bit of transfer under my eyes, mostly after running errands and sitting in the car for a while. It wasn’t a total mess or anything, but the smudge resistance is just okay for me. I was hoping it would stay put a little longer.

When my order showed up, the box was all smashed and looked like it had been handled really poorly. I’m disappointed, and I’d expect some kind of compensation or at least a proper resolution for it arriving in that condition.

"Okay, I was wrong about the shade"
I’ll admit it, I totally blamed the online photos at first because shades never look the same when they arrive. But this one actually matched way better than I expected. It looked pretty much the same in person as it did online, so I guess that one’s on me for doubting it.

At first, the texture felt nice and smooth, so I thought I’d like it more. But after wearing it for a bit, it started feeling kind of heavy on my skin. It’s not a bad product, I just didn’t find it as comfortable as I was hoping. the whole experience left me feeling a little passed around, like I kept trying to make it work but never fully settled with it.

"Blends super patchy on me"
I literally wanted to love this blush, but it was such a struggle to blend on my skin. It kept grabbing in random patches, and once it set, it would not budge without ruining my base underneath. I tried using a brush, a sponge, and even my fingers, but I had the same problem every time. For the price, I really expected it to go on smoother. I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Shipping Cost Felt Way Too High"
The products themselves were totally fine, no complaints there. But the shipping fee was kind of ridiculous for such a small order. I get that shipping costs money, but it felt like I was paying almost as much just to get it delivered, which was frustrating
